FAQ
Answers before you plan.
Practical questions about eligibility, services, and what we do — and do not — provide.
Who is this package designed for?
International guests — especially from visa-transit-eligible countries — who want dentistry and/or a comprehensive checkup in Shanghai within a short stay, optionally combined with Beijing or Xi’an travel.
What is the 240-hour transit policy?
Eligible travelers may transit through certain Chinese ports for up to 240 hours when holding onward tickets to a third country or region. We help pre-check eligibility; immigration decisions always rest with border authorities.
Do you provide medical treatment yourselves?
No. Partner clinics and hospitals provide clinical care. SinoHealth Global coordinates appointments, escort, interpretation, and travel logistics under a Hong Kong service agreement.
Can I do both dentistry and checkup?
Yes. Many packages combine both during the Shanghai medical days. Your coordinator will propose a realistic schedule based on chair time and imaging slots.
What if my veneers are not ready on time?
We use an expedited fabrication pathway and recommend a modest buffer. Contracts disclose the small possibility of delay and how delivery or a short adjustment visit would be handled.
Who do I contract and pay?
You contract and pay Prudent SinoMed Ltd. in Hong Kong. Local Shanghai partners execute non-clinical services under that arrangement. Placeholder banking and payment-link details will be shared at proposal stage.
Will you add more languages later?
Yes. The site launches in English first. Additional languages are planned once core content is stable.
